- Automated Technical Data:
- In accordance with standard web protocols, our systems (hosted on Render and Supabase) automatically log your IP address, browser type and session timestamp to ensure site security and prevent abuse.
- How We Use Your Information
We process your data strictly for the purposes outlined in our Terms:
- Risk Assessment: To query data sources (e.g., WaterNSW) and calculate your local water safety score.
- Report Delivery: To send your requested Water Risk Report PDF.
- Communication: If you consent, we may send educational updates or seasonal water safety alerts.

Your data is stored securely using enterprise-grade database encryption (Supabase). We employ strict access controls to protect against unauthorised access, hacking or data breaches. However, as stated in Section 7 of our Terms, no web transmission is 100% secure, and use of the Site is at your own risk.
